I needed a tire fixed and filled. It got done very quickly and correctly. All went very well.

You have always been prompt and quick. And your service fees are reasonable. That's why I drive 30+ miles to have my truck serviced by you.

When the appointment was made, I was not told how to enter the facility due to road construction. I was also surprised that a surcharge was required for using a credit card. Who carries a lot of cash these days. Also, the wrong email address was listed on my account, which is strange because I was contacted frequently via email when the dealership was Andrew. The experience was very confusing & disconcerting.
