There are three trim levels available for the newest model, and the performance and power vary by trim. The WT has 510 horsepower and 580 lb-ft of torque, with a max range of 492 miles. The LT has 645 horsepower and 765 lb-ft of torque, with a max range of 408 miles. The RST has 760 horsepower and 780 lb-ft of torque, with a max range of 460 miles.

This setup has two separate electric motors that power the vehicle, one in the front and the other in the rear. This motor can accommodate all-wheel drive and also provides powerful torque and horsepower.

The 2025 Silverado EV has a max towing capability of 12,500 lbs and a max payload capacity of 1,800 lbs. The battery size varies by trim level, and each trim is available in a standard, extended, and max range battery capacity. There are two charging options, DC Fast Charging, which can provide up to 100 miles in less than 10 minutes. Level 2 charging produces around 34 miles of range per hour.
