Friendly service, but disappointed that the oil dipstick cover was not depressed properly

I purchased a brand new vehicle from them yesterday. Price and staff were amazing and easy to work with. Dealership environment was great not pushy no pressure. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle I would definitely recommend this dealership. They worked together as a team and genuinely care. They were attentive and very personable and friendly. Josh Young the general sales manager along with his team Tanner Bird and Leon Jackson in sales definitely took the time and made the effort to make the sale happen. Tanner even drove 30 minutes in Friday night traffic to pick me up to come purchase the vehicle. He is a wonderful sales person who loves selling vehicles and making his customers happy. I look forward to buying from him again in the future.

We were looking for a new truck and saw one on Facebook at Andrew Chevrolet. I called about availability and was connected with Eric Papenthien. I told him I was interested and would like to see and test drive the truck but couldn't get to the dealership until after the weekend. So he took a walk around video and sent it to me. He gave me his cellphone number in case I had any questions. I called him Monday morning and later that day we drove up to the dealership to check out the Silverado. It's been a while since we bought a new vehicle and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy going and informative Eric was. We were trading in our vehicle and in doing so we also dealt with one of the managers, Stuart, who also was a pleasure to deal with. We signed the paperwork that day and picked up our new truck a couple days later. I would highly recommend Andrew Chevrolet if you're looking fo a vehicle.

I came in because I wanted to get an oil change and Sergey recommended a few other things that I should get and something I needed. It cost me but it was worth it. I must say, I did what he recommended and my car runs so much smoother. Thank you, Sergey. Thank you Andrew Chevrolet. on 08/30/2025 I visited Umansky Chevrolet (Old Andrew Chev). Tony Dorsey is the reason why I continue to come to the dealership. He throws no punches and tells me the truth about what my vehicle need. On Sunday, 11/16/2025 my car started to overheat, leaking coolant and doing things that needed a pro help. On Monday 11/17/2025, I took my car to Umansky Chevrolet. Steve Jordan, Advisor took very good care of me. Although taking your car to the dealership is expensive, the service I get here is why I continue to come here. They keep my car running and I thank God for them.

I like that i get notified about up coming service for my vehicle that a huge plus in my book. it's easy you set a appointment you go there you feel welcome, and you wait in nice clean waiting room watch a little TV and before you know your vehicle is done and you on your way . the staff is very friendly i like that too.
